Similar to other modalities like physiotherapy, acupuncture, or psychotherapy, routine visits are crucial to developing a thorough understanding of the client. It’s important to understand the nature of how stress manifests itself and how one’s previous life experience(s) and family background affects one’s health and overall wellness. Throughout each visit, homeopathic remedies (as well as other modalities) will be utilized to identify the root cause of your ailment. Various allergens, intolerances, ingestants or various other food, environmental or chemical substances have affects on the body.

Step 1: FREE Consult (optional)

The first step in getting you better is determining if Homeopathy is right for you. In order to know this, I offer a free consultation. This consultation lasts approximately 15 - 20 minutes. This helps me best determine how to effectively help you. I will ask some proding questions to help understand your unique situation. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me questions and to share a bit of your health challenge(s). This is NOT mandatory and you do NOT have to book a consult but I do offer it for your convenience. This consult is available by ZOOM, phone call or in-person.

Step 2: First Appointment (initial in-take)

The first (initial) intake appointment will last approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. This is time set aside for me to fully and thoroughly discuss your main concerns and health goals. I will use this time to learn about your medicine/medical history, your early life and growing up experiences, relationship concerns, quality of sleep, conflict, food desires/cravings, allergies, sensitivities to allergens, ingestants or many other areas in the pursuit of better understanding your unique health realities.

At the end of this appointment, a unique homeopathic remedy specifically tailored to your health concerns will be identified. The goal is to understand your ailment, understand your unique health challenges and then provide a unique remedy specifically tailored to you - with the objective of improving your condition and strengthening your immune system. Acute homeopathic remedies can also be provided and can assist with: detox support, pain relief, the flu, colds, allergies, emotional distress and more.

Once you have made an appointment online, you will receive an automated In-Take questionnaire sent to your email address. Complete this questionnaire prior to your appointment (ZOOM or in-person).

This first appointment includes:

• a complimentary follow-up session

• a complimentary journal to record your health progress

• a 1-month supply of your tailored remedy

Step 3: Follow-Up Appointment

Subsequently follow-up appointments are approximately 30 minutes in length. Follow-up appointments should be more frequent to start (every 2-4 weeks). During a follow-up appointment, we will discuss your progress and continue to learn about your health condition. This may require the refinement of your homeopathic remedy and an adjustment to your homeopathic support, which may include an adjustment to the type or frequency of your remedy or an assessment of further modalities to be used.

Once progress has been made, follow-up appointments will become less frequent.

Individualized homeopathic remedies are provided at no additional cost during these appointments. Follow-up appointments are by ZOOM or in-person.
